The RFC Business Plan

The seniors RFC committee has kept itself busy throughout lockdown, putting the 2020/21 Business Development Plan into place for the resumption of rugby. The main activity has been planning for the 125 Year Season celebration, howevere, we have also been busy reviewing what we need for volunteers to help us achieve our goals. Ian Watkins is now the WRU Operations Club Mananger and is leading the "return to rugby" drive. He is recruiting volunteers for Operations leads at all Age groups. Gavin Beverstock is actively recruiting people to asssist in the 125-year celebration and I am sure he will provide regular updates. The 125-year milestone is highly significant for the RFC as I'm sure many players, supporters, sponsors and ex players will want to see what events are planned.

|On top of this work we will be looking to stage an AGM when lockdown is over to explain where we stand and elect a committee for the new "125" season.
